Nze Chidi Duru – Chairman

Nze Duru is a law graduate of the Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University), Ekpoma, Edo State - Nigeria. He was called to the Bar in 1989 and has attended several management courses including the Chief Executive Program at the Lagos Business School, Competitive strategy and value creation at the University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain, Privatisation, Regulatory Reform, Corporate Governance and Management of Political economic reforms at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard.

He was elected into the Federal House of Representatives, Nigeria in 1999 - 2007 and played a key role in establishing the Pension Reform Act, 2004. He served in various capacities, as the Chairman of House Special Committee on Pension Reform Bill, Public Petitions, Privatization and Commercialization of public parastatals as well as the Committee on Housing and Urban Development.He was nominated by the British Government as one of 14 outstanding leaders in Africa and attended Africa Future Leadership Pilot Programme in Manchester, UK.

Nze Duru Chairs several other companies such as Aptics Limited, Correspondence Limited and is a board member of several others. He is also a Principal partner in the law firm of Moka Mezue Okonkwo and Partners.

Mr. Stanley Uchenna Duru - Chief Executive Officer/MD, Grand Towers Realty Ltd

Stanley is a graduate of Rutgers University (Newark Campus), New Jersey. He has worked as a Financial Analyst for KPMG and Schering Plough. As a member of the Executive Management, He is the Managing Director of Grand Towers Realty. Focused on businesses related to Commercial Real Estate development, Stanley is ensures Grand Towers Realty delivers Real Estate projects and investments for Grand Towers Plc. He was awarded a Navy Marine Corp Achievement Medal, while enlisted in the US Navy.

Mr. Ugochukwu Duru- Managing Director, Grand Towers Asset Ltd

Ugochukwu obtained a B.Sc Industrial Chemistry from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, earned an MBA, Marketing and possesses a Masters Degree in Finance and Investment Management from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. A diversified Financial Specialist, he worked as a member of the team that successfully drafted First Guarantee Pension Ltd Investment Philosophy and processes and guided its implementation. He also played vital role as part of the team that grew First Guarantee Pension Fund from N4 billion to N27 billion. As a member of the Executive Management team, he governs the activities of Grand Towers Asset Ltd.

Mr. Samuel A. Oboh - Chief Operating Officer

Sam is a Chartered Account (ACA), with an MBA, Finance from Lagos State University. He has over 15 years experience in Financial Services and Management, having worked for Ernest & Young  and Multinational Oil & Gas services companies. As a member of the Executive Management team, he is tasked with reporting financial performance and forecast for the Group and is the Chief Financial Advisor to the Board of Directors.
