Nze Chidi Duru (Chairman)

Nze Chidi Duru is a law graduate of the Bendel State University, (now Ambrose Ali University), Ekpoma, Edo State. He was called to the Bar in 1989 & has attended several management courses including the Chief Executive Program at the Lagos Business School, Competitive strategy and value creation at the University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain, Privatisation, Regulatory Reform, Corporate governance and management of Political economic reforms at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard. He was nominated by the British Government as one of 14 outstanding leaders in Africa and attended Africa Future Leadership Pilot Programme in Manchester, UK. Nze Duru was elected into the Federal House of Representatives in 1999 and played a key role in establishing the Pension Reform Act, 2004. He has served in various capacities as the Chairman, House Special Committee on Pension Reform Bill, Public Petitions, Privatization and Commercialization of public parastatals as well as the Committee on Housing and Urban Development. He Chairs several other companies such as Aptics Limited, Correspondence Limited and Grand Towers Plc and is a board member of several others.

Chief Olaiya Orlando Ojo

Chief Ojo has over 35 years work experience in the oil and gas industry straddling the upstream and downstream sectors. He was, until recently, the General Manager (Value and Portfolio) of Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited. Earlier, he was Managing Director/CEO of Shell Nigeria Gas Limited. Before joining Shell Petroleum Development Company he was business and management consultant to Atlantic Healthcare Group which business interests traverse some North and South American countries. He also spent a total of 15 years in National Oil & Chemical Marketing Plc (now Conoil) where he exceeded to become the Managing Director/CEO. He also worked in UAC in the early part of his career as a Computer Programme Analyst. Chief Ojo has a B.Sc in Mathematics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, an M.Sc in Systems Analysis from Aston University, Birmingham, an M.A in Operational Research from Lancaster University, Lancaster, UK, and also has a distinction
 

Mr. Stanley Uchenna Duru (CEO)

Stanley is a graduate of Rutgers University (Newark Campus) New Jersey. He has over 10 years experience as a Financial Analyst and has worked for KPMG and Schering Plough. He is the Chief Executive of Grand Towers Plc and Managing Director of Grand Towers Realty. He was awarded a Navy Marine Corp Achievement Medal while enlisted in the US Navy.

Mrs Nkonye Duru

Mrs.Nkonye Duru is a Director with Grand Towers Plc. She is a graduate of Architecture from Rivers State University of Technology and holds an M.Sc Hons degree from the University of Nigeria. In 1999 she received an award from Rivers State University as the best graduating student and also received a distinction during her post graduate degree. She is a distinguished Architect who has designed and supervised notable projects in Port Harcourt, Abuja, Lagos and Eket. Her architectural works include the IT Library and Fire Station House of Exxon Mobil in Eket, Head Office and Guest Houses of ELF Petroleum in Port Harcourt, Le Meridien in Port Harcourt, Mike Adenuga Towers in Victoria Island and the Grand Towers Abuja Mall. She has worked with Knox Associates, Harcourt Adukeh Associates and she is currently a principal partner Genoou Architectural firm.
